About These Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Valid Inc., a company based in San Francisco, California (“Valid”, “we”, “us”). They apply to Valid Listing Studio, where real estate agents order listing videos (“Listing Studio”). By ordering or using Listing Studio you agree to them. Anything these terms don't cover is governed by Valid's general Terms of Service; where the two differ, these terms apply to Listing Studio.
Your Listing Content
You confirm that you own the photos and other material you give us, or have permission to use them, and you give Valid permission to use them to make your videos. You keep ownership of your material.
Orders and Payment
Prices and plans are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account. If you are not happy with a video, contact listing-studio@valid.co and we will make it right or refund you as described at checkout.
Text Message Terms
Valid sends text messages from our toll-free number to Listing Studio customers who opt in by checking “Text me updates about my order from Valid” at checkout or in their account. Messages are about your orders, such as when your listing video is ready or has been updated. Message frequency varies with your orders. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact listing-studio@valid.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Listing Studio Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.
