About This Policy
This Privacy Policy covers Valid Listing Studio, the service at valid.co/listing-studio and clients.valid.co where real estate agents order listing videos (“Listing Studio”). It explains what we collect when you use Listing Studio, how we use it, and the choices you have. Listing Studio is operated by Valid Inc., a company based in San Francisco, California (“Valid”, “we”, “us”).
Information We Collect
- Contact details: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile phone number.
- Your listing: the listing link, photos, property details, and any notes you give us to make your video.
- Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment and your plan, but not your full card number.
- Usage: how you use our site and emails, such as pages visited and emails opened, along with your IP address and browser type.
How We Use Your Information
- To make and deliver your listing videos and manage your account.
- To send you emails about your order and your account, and reminders about an order you started. You can unsubscribe from reminder emails using the link in any of them.
- To send you text messages about your orders if you opt in (see Text Messages below).
- To provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve Listing Studio.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your contact details (your email address or phone number) with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Apart from the website activity our advertising pixels collect (see Cookies and Advertising below), we share personal information only with service providers that help us run Listing Studio, such as payment processing, email and text message delivery, hosting, and customer support, and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. They must keep it confidential and may not use it for any other purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Valid and our users.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the box to receive text messages, Valid will text you about your orders, such as when your listing video is ready or has been updated. Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact listing-studio@valid.co. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us. All of the categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how our site and emails are used. Our Listing Studio pages also use advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok, which collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and your browser and device, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta and TikTok handle that information under their own privacy policies, and you can limit it through your browser settings or your ad settings on those platforms. We never give them your phone number or your text message opt-in.
Data Retention and Security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Listing Studio, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
You can update your contact details and turn text messages on or off from your account. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing listing-studio@valid.co.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
