Headquartered in San Francisco and spread across the world, Valid is a talent-dense team of 40+ engineers, product managers, creatives, media buyers, and animators. We operate as three tightly interwoven teams. Equal parts marketing and engineering.

Engineering

Making the agency endlessly scalable.

Traditional agency operations involve an enormous amount of human labor dedicated to generating data that could be useful, if it was presented at the right time with the right context. Valid engineering builds the AI-native systems that make a single marketer as effective as a 20-30 person agency team.

Creative

The Pixar of ad creative.

We live in a short-form video world. Valid’s creative team produces fully AI-generated short-form videos engineered specifically to drive sales. Like Pixar, we’ve built custom tooling to produce AI-generated ads. The future of ad creative is AI-driven production plus concepts with human intuition precisely injected to create ads that make you feel something.

Media Buying

Buying attention and learning what works.

This is where we deploy and manage client ad spend across platforms like Meta, TikTok, TV, and more. The most symbiotic relationship in advertising is between media buying and creative. Media buying is where we learn what resonates, with whom, and serve our ads to the right person, at the right time, and on the right platform.

What our Media Buyers do:

  • Structure and scale campaigns across major platforms.
  • Continuously optimize targeting, placements, and budgets.
  • Measure performance across the full funnel. Not just conversions, but hook rate, hold rate, and drop-off points.
  • Inform the products built by engineering.

Engineering, media buying, and creative strategists operate in a completely intertwined manner. Engineers sit in on creative reviews, media buyers drive the product roadmap, and creative strategists learn what to make from media buyers. The lines between the disciplines blur constantly.
